SUPPRESSION is the root of why Men now find it too difficult to handle it all. 

Suppression means to crumble to what society demands of you and act as you have been taught; to seek to hide from the pressure.

 
Alternating between trying to PLEASE her and FIGHTING her. 

Being stressed all the time and not coping, being angry all the time and not caring. 

Trying and trying, then just quitting because it seems to hard and retreating back in a job, a business that isn't on fire because you are not!

Your CAPACITY as a man has been stripped back from what our fathers had. 

It has been TORN AWAY by the tide of culture and shit that happened to you. 
What is a MAN now? Do you even know?

In the day, our fathers had to go to work come home put their feet up, pat the kids on the head and she did the rest.

Now you have to understand her feelings, give her time and presence, handle the stress, engage with the kids, help them to be resilient and strong, work your business, lead the team, produce the money, invest the money, keep fit and on and on. 

The TRUTH is we are not equiped to do it all.

HOWEVER we can be.

We have to STEP UP and handle all areas of the KINGDOM (Your LIFE).

That can seem impossible...... so we HIDE.

The HIDING begins.

Just small but then it grows.

Can't make her happy HIDING "I feel valued at work so I will concentrate on that." Then you work and work and WORK and lose her and your family!

No sex for 6 months. HIDING: "Thats just normal, happens to everyone." Then the PORN begins.

She is always working. HIDING: "It will change, she will see the love here and come home." Then the DRINKING or DRUGS or DEPRESSION begins.

She doesn't listen and shuts down. HIDING: "I'm frustrated but I love her, she will come back to me." Then the ANGER begins.

She's always blaming you. HIDING: "Better to walk away than fight with her." Then the LONELINESS or AFFAIRS begin.

Sad part of the HIDING is, when youself are telling the LIE, you can't tell it is a LIE.

Without new knowledge you cant see how YOU are HIDING, it feels so real at the time.

You put your head down and butt up and plough your way through life, wearing the backpack of skills and communication, your culture and parents gave you, which DOES NOT work.

What you get stuck doing, is a narrow band of emotions that do not allow you to access the KING you have inside. She complains your not there for her, she complains all the time about everything. You just get SHUT DOWN!

You can't bring that to your KINGDOM and hence it fails.

YOU become caught in anger, disappointment, RESENTMENT, control, regret and a bunch of other BS places where YOU have no POWER to change what is happening in your marriage, life and business.

Caught up in additions like WORK, DRINKING, DRUGS, PORN, STRESS that rob you of your real POWER and leak that power to these coping B.S. addictions.

We then fall into a place of no power and limited resources.
We cant access our masculine CORE. 

So men break, collapse and fall into their weakness. Blaming her and blocking and making excuses. Whilst really missing her.

Meanwhile in the HIDING they hunker down, shut off from all the criticism and failure they feel as a man. 

You know she wants more but you feel you doing his very BEST with what you has. 

So you get caught between a rock and hard place. You want her to be happy but don't know how to make her happy.

So you keeps telling yourself lies.

Lies about how things are, lies about how he is. Lies about their marriage.  Lies about his business.
