Neil and Kate have been together for 28 years and married for 26, raising three children and walking through life side by side. Life has taught them that partnership is a conscious choice - one they continue to make with love, honour, and respect.

Neil is a business owner and property investor, bringing a practical and strategic understanding of leadership, responsibility, and long-term vision. His experience in building businesses, navigating high-pressure environments, and leading through uncertainty informs how he supports individuals and couples to develop stability, direction, and sustainable growth.

Kate is a counsellor, psychotherapist, and somatic therapist. Her work is informed by an evidence-based understanding of the nervous system, trauma physiology, and the interaction between emotional experience and the body. She supports individuals and couples to improve emotional regulation, increase body awareness, and interrupt entrenched relational and behavioural patterns, facilitating lasting change through both cognitive and somatic approaches.

Together, their work is grounded in lived experience. They understand how challenging it can be to shift patterns that have been carried through generations, and years of marriage. Their legacy is the rebuilding of marriages and supporting couples to restore connection, responsibility, and respect, and to create relationships that are not just sustained, but strengthened over time.
